Cliffside Mills included clearing and grubbing of an abandoned 14 acre Landfill, along with sub-grade preparation and excavation/relocation of 14,500 cy of on-site debris. Erosion control featured 2 large sediment basins with a perimeter riprap drainage ditch around the entire site. After waste relocation, 16,000CY of clay were imported, placed, and compacted to act as a cap. Extremely tight grading tolerances were met and the site was restored by hydroseeding. This project was $1,600,000 and was completed in 4 months.
